Circulation thermostat
A circulation thermostat is a high-precision laboratory equipment designed for thermoregulation of objects by circulating coolant in a closed system. It allows you to maintain a strictly controlled temperature both in the thermostat itself and in externally connected systems. Circulating thermostats are used in a variety of laboratory processes, including sample temperature control, materials testing, quality control, analytical testing, etc.

Our laboratory uses the Huber KISS K6s circulation thermostat, which is an economical solution for thermoregulation of objects directly in the thermostat bath. Equipped with insulated cooling baths, this unit is suitable for a variety of common heating and cooling applications. Huber KISS K6s operates using environmentally friendly natural refrigerant R290. In addition, thanks to automatic adjustment of cooling capacity, the device minimizes energy consumption and reduces the amount of heat dissipated to an absolute minimum. With low liquid level protection and adjustable overheat protection, these thermostats meet the safety requirements of Class III/FL according to DIN 12876. They also feature pump connections on the rear panel for use in externally connected applications (jacketed vessels, etc.).

In the field of energy storage research, the availability of devices such as the Huber KISS K6s circulator thermostat is of key importance. During long-term experiments, any temperature fluctuations can lead to significant deviations in the results, affecting the accuracy and reliability of the data. The ability to maintain a stable and precisely controlled temperature environment ensures highly reproducible experiments and contributes to reliable research results.
