Cycling units are an integral part of electrochemical laboratories specializing in the research and development of rechargeable batteries. They allow testing of the repeated charging and discharging process of batteries, analyzing their capacity, service life and stability under various operating conditions. Using such installations, it is possible to evaluate how well the battery copes with loads and how long it can maintain its characteristics, which is critical when developing new types of batteries.
Our laboratory uses cycling units from Neware, which has established itself as a reliable manufacturer of battery and supercapacitor test equipment in the global market. Neware has extensive experience since 1998 and offers a wide range of tester models that combine high measurement accuracy, ease of use and the ability to customize to meet specific customer needs. Using Neware's cycling systems in our work allows us to conduct thorough battery research, identifying even the smallest differences in their characteristics and behavior during charge-discharge cycles, which is key to the development of high-performance and reliable energy sources. These installations can provide loads up to 0.1 mA to 5 A in the range from -3 to 12 V.
