Anastasia Alekseevna Elagina is a research intern at the "Electrochemical Production Technologies" laboratory and a 4th-year undergraduate student at the Faculty of Chemistry and Chemical Technology of al-Farabi Kazakh National University.
Her research work is focused on the development and optimization of electrode materials for nickel-metal hydride (Ni-MH) batteries. Key research areas include the study of the structure, morphology, and electrochemical properties of the cathode material to increase its capacity and cyclic stability.
Her scientific interests also include the development of anode materials based on intermetallic compounds and the analysis of their behavior in electrochemical systems.
