Our laboratory uses modern soldering equipment to perform a variety of tasks related to the installation and repair of electronic devices. There is a BST-858D+ hair dryer available, which has the ability to precisely adjust the temperature. This tool is used for tasks that require gentle heating and removal of components from printed circuit boards, as well as for shrink-wrapping and other applications that require a controlled heat source.
In addition, our laboratory has a soldering station with adjustable temperature and a fan with a filter, which ensures the safety of the work process by removing harmful fumes generated during soldering. Various soldering iron attachments allow you to adapt the tool to specific tasks and materials, increasing the efficiency and quality of soldering.
To work with a high degree of precision, especially when installing and repairing complex electronic devices, a digital microscope is used. It allows you to solder small parts such as SMD resistors. The microscope greatly facilitates the work with printed circuit boards, both in the field of digital electronics and when working with analog devices, allowing the operator to see the soldering area in an enlarged view and control the process with high precision.
